Hindu Temple Project

A project for new Hindu temple or kshetra is being conceived at Nagar, Maharashtra may be at total cost of Rs, 80 million. Scant information exists about new projects. We would like to receive information, site addresses covering Design, Architecture, Project Management etc. Suggestions are also welcome from devotees for their ideas regarding temple. Avinash Joshi

I have always been wanting to be involved in a temple project. Why don't you consider using a Geodesic dome based design for your temple (if you want to see more on geodesic domes, read avout Buckminster fuller and Geodesic domes. there is a lot of stuff on these topics on the internet.). In auroville (pondicherry) they have built a dome as a temple. Do tell me if you are interested. i can provide further info. Gunashekar
