Querying

Query by Classification
Most required facility is that of querying on the basis of the classification that GMC does of its applicants.
Hence for example, below if we search for people capable of being CEOs in the "Breweries & Distelleries" industry, they can query as below -

which returns 4 records -

These can now be saved separately as a Short List for future use, or added to an already saved ShortList. Also, additional querying on different criteria can be done only on a saved short list instead of the whole database for refined search.

Similarly there is another section - "Querying - Miscellaneous" where one can query on other criteria like age, expected remuneration, languages know (an important factor in India which has so many different local languages), academic qualifications, professional qualifications - to mention a few.

There are numerous other functionalities in the application as a whole - like maintaining details of Assignments, mail-merge and regular standard correspondance facility that are voluminous in such and organisation, and other system maintenance utilities like configuring new GMC users, compacting and repair of data.

Nevertheless, the above sections are the very essential core of the system which will hopefully serve the purpose of giving an idea of the application and design
