Manaskriti - Vani Murarka's Home Page

Manaskriti is a combination of two Sanskrit words. "Manas" meaning Mind and "Kriti" meaning a Creation. The word Manaskriti means "creations of the mind" - which, in short, is what all my activities and interests are all about. Till 2003, this was the site of my software consultancy firm: Manaskriti Software Solutions. Now, it is a site about me, my activities and interests, professional and otherwise.

Computer Science Research

PhD Student at the Charlotte Visualization Center, at UNC Charlotte.
My research area is Information Visualization. Dr. Robert Kosara is my advisor. I am working on "Storytelling in Information Visualization" with him.
